Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the development of comprehensive testing architectures that leverage cutting-edge testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic initiatives to enhance the overall quality of software products. You will also be responsible for identifying innovative approaches to testing that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring that quality remains a top priority throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. - Ability to design and implement test strategies that align with business objectives. - Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
