Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Perform incoming, in-process & final inspection of lighting parts.
- Do visual, dimensional & functional checks with gauges and instruments.
- Verify parts as per drawings and quality standards.
- Record defects, prepare NCRs, and report issues.
- Follow SOPs and maintain inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with production & quality teams when defects are found.
- Skills Required:Basic knowledge of automotive components / inspection.
- Hands-on experience with measurement tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Go/No-Go, etc.).
- Basic understanding of quality processes.
- Ability to read simple drawings.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Qualification:ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Electrician / Tool & Die / Related Trades)
- OR
- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Production
