Job Summary:

Livnest is hiring enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Callers for our Pune location. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in real estate sales as well as candidates with prior calling experience. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
• Explain project details and generate customer interest
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
• Follow up with leads and update CRM regularly
• Understand customer requirements and share suitable property options
• Meet daily calling and follow-up targets

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months experience in real estate calling
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi is an advantage)
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM familiarity is a plus
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
