- Handle walk-in enquiries at the construction site sales office
- Explain project details including layouts, pricing, amenities, and payment plans
- Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective clients
- Generate, follow up, and maintain sales leads
- Coordinate with management and back-office teams
- Assist customers with booking process and documentation
- Maintain enquiry, site visit, and follow-up records
- Support sales closures
- Maintain cleanliness and professional conduct at site sales office
