Job Description

Job Summary: The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales for residential, commercial, or land development projects. The role involves site visits, client presentations, coordination with internal teams, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as RERA.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads through walk-ins, channel partners, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Promote and sell residential, commercial, or land projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Handle inquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate pricing, payment schedules, and terms with clients.
  • Assist clients in documentation, booking, and agreement execution.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth closures.

Channel Partner Coordination

  • Develop and manage relationships with brokers and channel partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures through partners.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management on pricing, inventory, and demand.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and MIS reports.

Post-Sales Support

  • Coordinate with customer service for handover, possession, and after-sales issues.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

  • Basic understanding of RERA norms
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Qualification & Experience Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply)
  • Local area knowledge is an added advantage
