Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers visiting the office and provide detailed property information.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain property features, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of real estate projects, locations, and market trends.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into successful sales.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of inquiries, visits, and sales in CRM or other tracking tools.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist in promotional events or campaigns conducted by the company.
