Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 * Client Relationship Management:

  * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  * Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to identify suitable properties.

  * Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

  * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates.

 * Property Sales and Leasing:

  * Actively seek out and engage with potential buyers, sellers, and renters through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online leads).

  * Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.

  * Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to reach mutually agreeable terms.

  * Facilitate the preparation and execution of sales agreements, lease contracts, and other necessary documentation.

  * Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during transactions.

 * Market Knowledge and Business Development:

  * Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current property values, trends, and competitor activities.

  * Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

  * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  * Network with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and legal experts.

 * Property Listings and Marketing:

  * Maintain and update listings of available properties, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  * Promote properties through various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, open houses, and advertising.

  * Prepare marketing materials such as property descriptions, brochures, and presentations.

  * Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

 * Administrative Tasks:

  * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and transaction documentation.

  * Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

  * Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance) to ensure smooth transaction processing.

  * Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

 * Customer Service:

  * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.

  * Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  * Follow up with clients after transactions to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

 * Proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales field is highly preferred.

 * Valid real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.

 * Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.

 * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

 * Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

 * Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on providing excellent service.

 * Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

 * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

 * Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 * Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.

 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 * Professional appearance and demeanor.

Working Conditions:
