Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Engaging with clients to understand their needs, conducting property viewings, and providing expert guidance on the market.

Sales & Negotiation:

Show flat to the client explain details of the flat and arrange visit of the project

Negotiating deals, preparing offers, and ensuring successful property transactions.

Market Analysis:

Staying informed about market trends, providing market analysis to clients, and identifying investment opportunities.

Lead Generation & Management:

Actively seeking new leads, converting prospects, and managing customer relationships.

Project Planning & Execution:

Managing real estate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Working with other departments (marketing, legal, finance) to achieve common goals.

Sales Targets:

Meeting and exceeding sales targets, reporting on sales progress to management.

Relationship Building:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Process Improvement:

Seeking ways to improve sales processes, innovate strategies, and adapt to market changes.

Documentation:

Preparing contracts, leases, and other necessary paperwork.
