Job Title: Sales Executive – Client Relations

Location: Wakad, Pune

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Salary Range: 3 LPA – 6L PA + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

 

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients using solid arguments.

• Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance customer acquisition.

 

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships with customers.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.

• Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations.

 

3. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

• Follow up with clients post-resolution to confirm satisfaction and maintain engagement.

• Maintain a strong customer retention ratio through proactive communication.

 

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service issues.

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

 

5. Collaboration & Market Insight

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and service) for smooth delivery.

• Share customer insights and market feedback to help refine company strategies.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
