Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a good understanding of the real estate market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads through various sources such as portals, referrals, and cold calling.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Arrange and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversion.
• Provide complete information about projects, pricing, and payment plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain and update lead data and sales reports in CRM or Google Sheets.
• Achieve monthly targets for site visits and bookings.

• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property documentation.
