Job Description

  • 🔹 Sales & Lead ManagementHandle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for plotting / land projects
  • Follow up on leads generated via digital ads, walk-ins, referrals, and channel partners
  • Maintain proper CRM / lead tracker with daily updates
  • 🔹 Site Visits & Client InteractionArrange and conduct site visits
  • Explain project USPs: location, legal clarity, appreciation potential, and development plan
  • Build strong rapport and trust with prospective buyers
  • 🔹 Closing & DocumentationNegotiate pricing and payment terms as per company policy
  • Coordinate with legal / admin team for:

  • Booking amount collection
  • Agreement to Sale
  • Documentation and handover
  • Ensure timely closures and collections
  • 🔹 Channel Partner & Referral HandlingCoordinate with brokers / channel partners
  • Develop local references and repeat buyers
  • Maintain healthy partner relationships
  • 🔹 Reporting & Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Submit daily sales activity reports
  • Share market feedback, competitor pricing, and buyer insights
