Call clients and prospects that are interested in properties and offer them deals.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements.
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents.
Coordinating the closing of property deals.
Facilitate arrangements to give clients the view of a Project.
Maintain good contacts with clients.
Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies.
Act as intermediary liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers.
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operation.
Line up & Schedule site visit for every day / weekend Site visit Achieving written down Visit / F2F meetings targets

Minimum Graduates with 0-1-year experience.
BBA/BA/B.Com/BE/MBA 
Ability to understand customers needs
