Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and develop new client leads through various channels.
- Property Marketing: Effectively list and market properties using diverse channels and materials.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
- Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and insights.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales terms and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes and close deals.
- Market Expertise: Stay current on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Transaction Management: Coordinate with legal, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate market analysis.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license (as required).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (often preferred).
