Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and develop new client leads through various channels. 
  • Property Marketing: Effectively list and market properties using diverse channels and materials. 
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer solutions. 
  • Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and insights. 
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales terms and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes and close deals. 
  • Market Expertise: Stay current on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. 
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. 
  • Transaction Management: Coordinate with legal, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth transactions. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market analysis.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license (as required).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (often preferred).
