Job Description
- Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Present and promote available properties to prospective buyers or investors.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, competitors, and real estate laws.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, agreements, and closings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.
