Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team in Bavdhan Pune.

Your primary role will be to generate leads, meet clients, and close property sales. If you enjoy meeting people and have a passion for real estate sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client experience.

Requirements

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Regional Language: Hindi, Bengali

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred (training provided).

Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.

Work Schedule

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Weekly Off on Monday)

Languages: HINDI,BASIC ENGLISH, MARATHI

Salary & Benefits

Petrol Allowance: 2000

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month (Fixed) + 17000 Attractive Incentives on Sales
