ASSET SCOUT PVT LTD is hiring for Sales Executive (Amar Business Zone, C wing, 16th Floor, Office No. 1604, Balewadi, Pune-411045, Maharashtra, India)

Eligibility:

 HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (Real estate Preferred)

 SSC with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Real estate Preferred)

 Candidate should be comfortable in working from office.

 Fresher also can apply who have good communication & probing skills.

Responsibilities:

 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.

 Set up site visits with potential clients.

 Survey projects sites and gather data to deliver it to clients.

 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

 Take Ownership of Sale.  Meeting His/Her Target

Requirements:

 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

 Ability to Understand Customer Requirement and Fulfil them.

 Fast learner and passion for sales.

 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

 This is a field job. Should be ready to travel for sales.

 Good Listener, Good at Story Telling

 Should Be Accountable

 Someone looking a career with a minimum of 3 years of in Real Estate  Empathetic  Problem Solving Mind-set  Must Have Bike.

Designation: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Salary: Fresher: 15000/- to 25000/-

Experience: 25000/- to 30000/- (Depends on Competency)
