Company profile: -Magnus Realty was established in 2004 with the key objective of being a professional outsourcing arm for the marketing of large residential projects for Developers. Magnus Realty is one of the first Real Estate Marketing organizations to obtain MahaRERA registration.

Responsibilities of Candidates: - To handle the sales of a luxurious residential project at Kalyani Nagar Minimum front line sales experience required in Real Estate residential sales will be 5-6 years. Candidates should be able to Sell Residential Flats, by handling inquiries received through Property Portals, Hoardings, News paper, Digital marketing & social media marketing , walk-ins up to booking & Interaction with Banks to get loans for clients, follow up for recovery & registration of flats.

Qualification & Requirement: - Candidates with Bachelor's degree are preferred & should be able to work in Excel, Word and Sales CRM. Job timing will be from 10 am to 7.30 pm, six days a week. Candidates must have his own vehicle. Candidates must be punctual, disciplined and responsible in his work & should have good communication skill in English, Hindi & Marathi.
