๐ฏ Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. This role involves interacting with clients, understanding their property needs, arranging site visits, and closing deals. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
๐ Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound client calls and leads
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type)
- Suggest suitable properties (rental, resale, or new projects)
- Schedule and conduct site visits
- Negotiate pricing and assist in deal closure
- Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Coordinate documentation and agreement processes
- Update activities in CRM and provide regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
โ Eligibility & SkillsFreshers or candidates with 0โ3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Pune locations is an advantage
- Understanding of property documents/stamp duty is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
