๐ŸŽฏ Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. This role involves interacting with clients, understanding their property needs, arranging site visits, and closing deals. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.


๐Ÿ“Œ Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound client calls and leads

  • Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type)
  • Suggest suitable properties (rental, resale, or new projects)
  • Schedule and conduct site visits
  • Negotiate pricing and assist in deal closure
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate documentation and agreement processes
  • Update activities in CRM and provide regular follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly sales targets


โœ… Eligibility & SkillsFreshers or candidates with 0โ€“3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of Pune locations is an advantage
  • Understanding of property documents/stamp duty is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
