Job Description
Residential Sales Exec & Manager / Closing Manager / Sourcing Manager / Telesales Executives (10 nos):
§ Handling walk-ins, ensure customers are attended on time and the complete brand and project story is presented.
§ Timely customer calling & follow-ups.
§ Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information in person as requested. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails.
§ Should possess excellent communication skills, excellent convincing & follow up.
§ Customer Follow up for Agreement & Bank Loans.
§ Maintaining DSR, Calling data, Market Research etc
§ Present sales plan to achieve individual project wise targets every month.
§ Acquire new customers and brokers and maintain relations with existing clients to drive business growth.
§ Effectively follow processes while achieving targets / Bookings. Achieve revenue sales target
§ Report on sales activities to management
§ Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
§ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails. Organizing site visits for prospective customers. Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project.
§ Importantly demonstrate initiative and problem- solving skills.
§ Competitive analysis & Scouting New properties for Sales.
(2) Mktg & BD (2 nos):
§ Exploring new projects with Developers
§ Scouting new projects / Lead generation and prospecting of new cliental.
§ Assisting Management / Director
§ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers / Developers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails.
§ Closing Deal for new Projects & Agreement Follow up.
§ Report on sales activities to management
§ Handling initial Recruitment process with HR or with management.
§ Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, local brokers, events etc)
§ Follow up on generated inquiry, Follow up walk-ins
(3) Channel Partner Sales (2 nos):
§ Handling Lead generation and prospecting clients through Tele sales/BD Team/ Sales Team.
§ Follow up on generated inquiry, cold calling to customers/attending calls from customers & coordinate with Sales Team
§ Arrange visit of customers to different Sites.
§ Follow up calls to customers & Site In charge.
§ Negotiation & Closing of deals.
§ Bank & Agreement follow up & closers
§ Report on sales activities to management on daily bases.
§ Target oriented approach & closers on weekly bases.
(4) Telecalling & Digital Marketing Executive (2 nos):
§ Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing personal will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
§ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
§ Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
§ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
§ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
§ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
§ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
§ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
§ Tele calling & Follow up of customers for re-visit or bookings
§ Coordinate with Sales / Project Team on enquiry generated, walking coordination etc
