	JOB DESCRIPTION:
•	Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues  
•	Manage a sales team and provide leadership
•	Set individual sales targets with sales team
•	Work on sales scripts with agents & Channel Partners
•	Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
•	Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
•	Plan and direct sales team training
•	Control expenses and monitor budgets
•	Responsible for Sales of Plotting  & Residential & Commercial Projects
•	Handle client’s queries and their requirements, build relationships
•	Go for meetings and inspections with clients on sites & Maintain Regular Follow ups from client & Participate in negotiations
•	Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets
•	Maintain data/report of site visit in CRM/Excel Sheets
•	 Attend & Arrange Conference Proceedings meetings and industry & Corporates events.
•	Ensure constantly improving relationship experience with channel partners to ensure proper Lead Management & Follow-ups
•	Helping the team to reach targets
•	Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction.
•	Daily Reporting to Directors & Managers Status of Sales records.
	Qualification & Requirements - 
•	Self-motivated.
•	Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
•	Verbal and written communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi)
•	Interpersonal skills.
•	Experience operating point-of-sale (POS) transactions
•	Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills
•	Keep strong Record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
•	Computer skills ( Word, Excel, PPT)
