Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting suitable property options, and successfully closing sales deals.
This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, strong market understanding, and a passion for achieving targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking
- Identify and engage with potential buyers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Schedule and conduct property site visits
- Present, promote, and sell real estate projects effectively
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in real estate or direct sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in client handling and presentations
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred
