Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting suitable property options, and successfully closing sales deals.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, strong market understanding, and a passion for achieving targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking
  • Identify and engage with potential buyers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits
  • Present, promote, and sell real estate projects effectively
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in real estate or direct sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in client handling and presentations
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred
