Job Overview:We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who can handle clients independently, generate quality leads, and close deals effectively. The candidate must have prior experience in real estate sales and a strong understanding of the property market.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, references, and networking
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Conduct site visits and client meetings professionally
• Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closure
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Follow up consistently to achieve conversions
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel
• Requirements:Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Presentable, confident, and target-driven
• Ability to handle clients independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
