Position: Senior Sales Manager (Commercial Real Estate)
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Siddh Kube – Commercial Project)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager (Male/Female) to lead and drive sales at our premium commercial project Siddh Kube, Kharadi. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales — from client interaction to deal closure — ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend walk-in clients, channel partner leads, and generated inquiries
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial solutions
• Conduct site visits and project presentations effectively
• Drive complete sales cycle: Lead → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversion ratios
• Handle documentation coordination and assist in deal finalization
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Candidate Requirements:
• experience in Real Estate Sales
• Strong closing ability and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and aggressive in sales approach
• Experience in handling channel partners will be an added advantage
