Job Description
Lead Calling as well as follow up & Client Engagement
Proactively source buyers and sellers by cold outreach, referrals, property calls, and inbound inquiries. Maintain and grow client relationships from onboarding to closure.
Market Research & Advisory
Monitor Pune real estate trends (e.g., Baner, Kharadi, Hinjewadi), provide data-backed insights to guide price expectations, and counsel clients on investment viability and financing options.
Property Showings & Presentation
Organize property tours, walk-through inspections, and open houses for clients—highlighting benefits and addressing all queries.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead pricing negotiations, draft and execute sale agreements, coordinate with legal counsel, banks, and other stakeholders to close transactions.
