Roles & Responsibilities:
•	Providing information about the OPD & hospital services on phone & in person.
•	Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them and 
       Greeting and assisting patients at Fertility centre
•	Scheduling the appointments for services & consultation
•	Registration of the patients
•	OPD billing for services, consultations & procedures
•	Collection of the payment
•	Handling grievances related to billing.
•	Cancellations & Rescheduling of appointments for consultation & services
•	Giving the information to the patient about the pre-investigation steps to be followed e.g. drinking water, empty stomach, overnight fasting, etc.
•	Informing the patient about the time of report delivery & Location to collect the report
•	Maintaining the record of vouchers, registration forms, and other documents.
•	Coordinating with various departments.ie: Nursing Staff, Housekeeping, F & B, Customer care, Maintenance, Admission & Billing, PCA, and Pharmacy for smooth flow for the movement of Patients & their relatives
•	Keeping track of major Complaints which are not resolved by C.C.E.
•	Personalized Healthcare Services to OPD Patients
•	Handling Front Desk
•	Taking care of all arrangements for office events and conferences/meetings
