Receptionist

We are looking for a well-presented and confident Receptionist for our salon.

Key Requirements:

• Should have good command over spoken and written English.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be confident in pitching services and upselling products/packages to clients.
• Basic knowledge of beauty, skincare, hair services, and salon treatments is preferred.
• Should be organized and capable of handling appointments, calls, and client records efficiently.
• Must maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional attitude at the front desk.
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, scheduling software, WhatsApp communication, etc.) is required.

The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and able to create a positive first impression for clients.
