Receptionist cum Telecaller – Job Description (Short)Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers.

Answer phone calls and provide basic information

Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and staff

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Computer typing and patient data entry

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic English speaking ability
