Job Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas as assigned.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows.
• Report maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly to the supervisor.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with laundry operations as required.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Handle cleaning equipment and materials responsibly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and stock levels.
• Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to work on feet for long hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
