Job Description
Dear Candidate, JOB DESCRIPTION: FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE · Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, etc. · Travel ticket booking · The duty is to book tickets according to the given travel request and record information of ticketing and timely update ticketing records. · Has to separate and file copies of completed tickets. · as to maintain the coordination with ticketing system service providers regarding the system capabilities and proposes to the line manager any additions or adjustments needed · Office maintenance/ Facility Management · Catering management- Lunch during training and meeting · Transportation arrangements · Accommodation booking · Housekeeping day to day role and functions tracking. · Work on stationery and Grocery requirements; keep regular check on this requirement. · Office maintenance –contact with respective vendors like electrician, plumber, carpenter etc. · Courier Details and Invoice preparation · Should manage giftings and distribution. · Should be able to resolve IT or technical issues of employees on a basic level. · Corporate Hotel tie up in Pune and other metro cities · Printing- ID card/ visiting card Thanks & Regards Preeti Chauhan
