Job Description:

Pentagon Hospital, Wakad is looking for an experienced Hospital Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Handle patient registration, appointments, and enquiries
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and billing department
• Manage incoming calls and maintain front desk records
• Maintain patient files and basic documentation
• Ensure smooth OPD/IPD front desk operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Hospital Receptionist
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle patients and visitors efficiently

Salary Range:

₹ 16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
