Receptionist / Front Office Executive

The Helpdesk/Front Desk Executive manages front desk operations and serves as the first point of contact for gym clients, welcoming members, verifying memberships, and clearly explaining plan details such as access timings, inclusions (e.g., group classes, personal training, locker facilities), pricing, renewal options, and any restrictions. This role requires excellent communication skills to simplify complex membership plans for clients, answer queries about upgrades or add-ons, and ensure they fully understand their benefits to enhance satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the executive handles check-ins/outs, processes payments, coordinates with floor staff for issue resolution, and maintains a professional, friendly demeanor during peak hours to create a positive first impression.
