We have an excellent opportunity for the position of "Receptionist" with one of the largest Diagnostic Center located in Mulitple places across Pune.


This is a Full Time Opportunity with our client itself.


Please find below the Job Description details: 


Job Title: Receptionist – Diagnostics Center (Pune)

Experience: 1–15 years (Freshers can apply)

Location: Multiple centers across Pune

Shift Timings:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Rotational shifts (any one day off per week)
  • Candidates should be ready to work on Sundays


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Manage phone calls, inquiries, and front desk operations
  • Coordinate with medical and diagnostic staff for smooth workflow
  • Maintain records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Support billing and payment processes


Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
  • Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently
  • Customer service orientation with a polite and professional demeanor
