Recovery Agent

Must have knowledge of Excel and Excel Formula Functionalities.

Visit client sites regularly and ensure satisfactory service delivery.

Manage client accounts, project records, and maintain accurate documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments (design, installation, logistics, accounts, etc.) for timely project execution.

Handle client queries and ensure prompt resolutions.

Collect payments, update records, and report to the accounts team.

Prepare and share daily visit and performance reports.

Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Follow company policies, timelines, and reporting standards.
