🕘 Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Satmat Technologies is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Telecaller to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound collection calls

Manage loan recovery and regular follow-ups with customers

Explain loan disbursement details and outstanding dues

Maintain proper call records and recovery updates

Ensure timely EMI collections and target achievement

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Prior experience in collections or telecalling preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle customers professionally

Target-oriented approach

💰 Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
