Job Description
*Contact customers via Emails & Phone or field visits to collect overdue.
*Conduct regular Client Visits; Office Visit / Site Visit.
*Maintain accurate records of all interactions, payments, and customer details.
*Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports on recovery progress.
*Meet monthly collection targets set by the management.
*Coordinate daily with accounts teams and other department.
*Make an entry in the ERP
*Two Wheeler, Driving License Must with license
