Process: Loan Recovery - Voice Process
Location: Kothrud & Vadgaon BK, Pune
Role:
- Make outbound calls to customers for Loan EMI collection
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearly in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Maintain daily call logs and meet individual collection targets.
Eligibility:
- Minimum HSC Pass
- Fresher / Experience Both Can Apply
- Basic Hindi / Marathi & English Communication
Salary:
- 10,000 - 15,000 Inhand
