Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for hiring requirements.
- Support HR administrative activities when required.
