1. Sourcing, Finding, Screening and selecting high quality candidates, Preferred Blue collar background. (Delivery Executives/Partner).
2. Head Hunting for delivery boys.
3.Must have strong database and ready to work on ground.
4. Sourcing and engaging candidates by using free job portal, social media and free reference.
5.Retention of old & new associates.
6.Training of delivery executive .
7. Ensuring proper onboarding of delivery executive with valid and verified documents.
8. Briefing and counselling associates for grooming, next day availability and performing work as per metric.
