About Us: At JDAC Logistics, we are building a powerhouse delivery and supply chain network. We are opening a brand-new office in Wanowrie, Pune, and we are looking for a highly driven, smart, and energetic HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build our dream team from the ground up!

What You Will Do (Your Mission): As our recruitment lead and office anchor, you won't just be pushing papers—you will be hunting for top talent and shaping our company culture.

• Modern Recruiting: Run end-to-end hiring for our operations and sales teams using high-volume platforms like Apna and WorkIndia.
• Tech-Savvy Sourcing: Go beyond traditional portals by managing and extracting leads from Meta Ads to find hidden talent.
• Screening & Onboarding: Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new joiners.
• Team Management & Assistance: Act as the right hand to the Business Head, managing daily office operations, employee records, and helping maintain a high-energy work environment in our new Pune branch.

Who We Are Looking For:

• The Go-Getter: You have 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a strong administrative role (Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a fire to learn are welcome!).
• Tech-Comfortable: You know your way around recruitment apps, spreadsheets, and are open to learning how to track leads from social media ads.
• Exceptional Communicator: You speak fluent Hindi and Marathi (English is a strong plus) and can easily convince a candidate why JDAC Logistics is the best place to work.
• Highly Organized: You can juggle multiple candidate profiles, interview schedules, and daily office tasks without breaking a sweat.
