Job Title: Recruitment Manager – Bulk HiringLocation: Pune

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Recruitment Manager to lead bulk hiring operations in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in high-volume hiring, team handling, and stakeholder management, preferably from the staffing industry.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple clients across various domains (Sales, Telecom, etc.)
• Lead and handle a team of 2–5 recruiters, ensuring daily/weekly hiring targets are achieved
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, field sourcing, job fairs, vendor management, referrals, etc.)
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily closures
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and TAT
• Ensure quality of candidates and reduce dropouts/joining ratio gaps
• Drive job fairs, campus drives, and field hiring activities
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports for leadership review
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation closure
• Key Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in team handling
• Strong experience in bulk / volume hiring
• Background in staffing industry is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of sourcing channels and local market hiring trends
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Preferred Skills:Experience in hiring for Field Sales / Telecom / Blue-collar / Entry-level roles
• Exposure to vendor management and job fair planning
• Strong command over MS Excel and reporting

Salary Range: Up to ₹9 LPA (depending on experience)
