Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic recruitment lead/recruitment manager to drive the organization's entire talent acquisition strategy. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters (if applicable), partnering with department heads to identify hiring needs, and ensuring timely and quality hiring in alignment with company goals.

• Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
• Work closely with department managers to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment accordingly.
• To attract suitable candidates, use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, agencies).
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Improve candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
• Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing or communications team.
• Conduct regular hiring status reviews with leadership and generate recruitment reports.
• Manage vendor partnerships and monitor recruitment budgets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in hiring for technical and non-technical roles is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
