Job Description

  •  Key ResponsibilitiesI. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (Approx. 60% of Time)Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruiting process for all roles (technical, sales, admin, etc.)—from defining the job and candidate profile to extending the final offer.
  • Sourcing & Branding: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, structured interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Hiring Process Management: Facilitate all hiring documentation, including offer letters, background checks, and reference checks, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide reports to management to inform workforce planning.
  • II. Human Resources Management (Approx. 40% of Time)Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain essential HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures in compliance with [Country/State] labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and manage effective onboarding programs for new hires and ensure a professional, compliant offboarding process.
  • Performance Management: Implement a basic performance appraisal system and support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting annual reviews.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of payroll data, leave management, and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and competitive positioning (may involve liaising with external payroll/benefits providers).
