Job Title: Refrigerator Technician Trainer – Walk-in Drive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Refrigerator Technician Trainer who will be responsible for training and supporting technicians in refrigeration systems, including deep freezers and cold storage units. The candidate should have strong technical expertise along with excellent communication skills to effectively train and guide field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for refrigerator and cold storage technicians
• Provide hands-on training on deep freezers and cold storage systems (-25°C)
• Support field technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Develop training materials and manuals
• Ensure trainees understand installation, maintenance, and repair processes
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules and reporting
• Provide office support related to training documentation and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male
• Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduation (Refrigeration or related field preferred)
• Experience: Relevant experience in refrigeration, cold storage, or technician training
• Strong knowledge of deep freezer and cold storage systems (-25°C)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Basic computer knowledge for reporting
