🚀 Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – B2B (HORECA / Commercial Equipment)
📍 Location: Pune
💰 CTC: ₹8 – ₹10 LPA + Performance Bonus
🏢 About the CompanyeqOorja Electric (Afferent Wearable Tech Pvt. Ltd.) is a fast-growing innovator in commercial electric cooking solutions, helping the HORECA industry shift from traditional LPG/diesel systems to efficient electric alternatives.
🎯 Role Overview- This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and driving B2B sales and business development across Pune and nearby regions.
You will own the complete go-to-market strategy, manage key accounts, develop channels, and lead revenue growth.
- 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDrive B2B sales and business development across HORECA and institutional segments
- Identify and close high-value enterprise deals (₹5L – ₹50L+)
- Build and manage distributor & channel network
- Develop strong relationships with Hotels, Cloud Kitchens, Caterers, Institutions
- Engage with decision-makers like Chefs, Purchase Heads, Facility Managers
- Create and manage a strong sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations
- Recruit and lead field sales team (as business grows)
- Maintain CRM reports and coordinate with internal teams
- 💼 Candidate Profile5–10+ years of B2B sales / business development experience
- Experience in HORECA, commercial equipment, capital goods, or industrial sales
- Proven track record of closing large deals and achieving targets
- Experience in channel sales / distributor management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- 🎓 EligibilityGraduate (MBA preferred)
- Based in Pune, willing to travel
- Fluency in Marathi & Hindi (English for business communication)
- Valid driving license & own vehicle preferred
