​Role Overview

​As a Student Relationship Executive, you will be the face and voice of NextGen Tech for prospective students. Your primary goal is to guide students through their educational journey, from their initial inquiry to course enrollment. You will act as a consultant, helping individuals align their career goals with our technical training programs.

​Key Responsibilities

​Engagement: Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, ensuring all student inquiries are addressed promptly.

​Consultation: Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand a student’s career aspirations and recommend the most suitable courses.

​Pipeline Management: Perform consistent follow-ups with leads to maintain a high conversion rate and ensure no student is left unsupported.

​Coordination: Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the training phase.

​What We’re Looking For

​Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to explain complex course details in a clear, persuasive manner.

​Career-Oriented Mindset: We want someone who is passionate about professional growth—both for themselves and the students they assist.

​Professionalism: A smart, confident demeanor with the ability to handle various personality types over the phone.

​Industry Experience (Plus): While not mandatory, a background in education or IT training sales will give you a significant head start.
