You will be responsible for meeting prospective buyers, showcasing our properties, and guiding them through the journey of buying their dream home. Job Description.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.

• Set up site visits with potential clients.

• Survey projects sites and gather data to deliver it to clients.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

• Take Ownership of Sale.

• Meeting His/her Target Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

• Ability to Understand Customer Requirement and Fulfil them.

• Fast learner and passion for sales.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• This is a field job. Should be ready to travel for sales.

• Good Listener, Good at Story Telling

• Should Be Accountable

• Someone looking a career with a minimum of 3 years of in Real Estate

• Empathetic

• Problem Solving Mind-set

• Must Have Bike.

Eligibility:

• HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (Real estate Preferred)

• SSC with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Real estate Preferred)

• Candidate should be comfortable in working from office.

• Fresher also can apply who have good communication & probing skills.
