1. Agent Recruitment

• Identify and develop multiple sourcing channels for agent hiring
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential agents
• Conduct career seminars and recruitment drives
• Generate referrals through existing agents

2. Agent Development

• Provide training and guidance to agents on products and sales
• Conduct field activities and demonstrations (FODs)
• Monitor and improve agent productivity and performance
• Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers

3. Business Delivery

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Ensure desired product mix and business quality
• Drive agent activity and engagement as per business plans

4. Customer Engagement

• Deliver excellent customer experience
• Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution
• Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
