Loan Processing & Customer CoordinatorJob Summary:The Loan Processing & Customer Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound loan inquiries, guiding customers through the loan application process, and coordinating with banks to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement. This role focuses on excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups.

1. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound loan enquiries (no cold calling required).
2. Understand customer profiles, eligibility, and specific loan requirements.
3. Suggest suitable banks and create WhatsApp groups for seamless loan processing.
4. Guide customers on documentation and follow up until loan login, sanction, and disbursement.
5. Maintain accurate call remarks, daily data, and application status updates.

• Good knowledge of banking and loan processes.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously.
