Product Focus: ULIP Plans / Investment-Based Insurance

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Relationship Manager to handle online digital sales of ULIP and mutual fund–linked insurance products. The role involves engaging with online leads, understanding customer investment goals, and recommending the right financial solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in life insurance sales—especially through digital or aggregator platforms—and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound digital leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain ULIP and investment product features clearly to customers.
• Provide need-based financial recommendations.
• Maintain follow-ups to ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Stay updated with financial product knowledge and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Post-Graduate (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Life Insurance (Policy Bazaar or similar aggregator experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of ULIPs, Mutual Funds, FDs, Gold, and other financial products.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Salary: Negotiable based on last drawn.
