Role : Relationship Manager
* Generate new business for Gold Loan through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.
* Meet potential customers, explain product features, and close sales.
* Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with excellent service.
* Coordinate with banks and handle gold loan balance transfer cases.
